Built by tradesmen. Driven by experience.
Ironclad Erectors is owned and operated by Geoff Chant, Cameron Meek, and James Psaila—three lifelong ironworkers with more than 25 years each working in the field across Canada. With over 75 years of combined experience, they’ve spent their careers raising steel in every environment imaginable: from small‑town builds to major industrial projects, from remote northern sites to fast‑paced urban jobs where precision and timing matter most.
Their backgrounds aren’t corporate—they’re built on the tools. Each of them started at the bottom, learned the trade the hard way, and earned their place through skill, grit, and a commitment to doing the job right. They’ve led crews, solved problems hundreds of feet in the air, and carried the responsibility of making sure every bolt, beam, and connection is set with absolute accuracy.
Ironclad Erectors was built on that same foundation. The company reflects the values they lived every day in the field: safety, craftsmanship, accountability, and pride in the work. When Geoff, Cameron, and James take on a project, they bring the perspective of people who have done the job themselves—people who understand the weight of the steel, the importance of the details, and the trust clients place in the crews who put their structures in the air.
This isn’t a company run from behind a desk. It’s run by ironworkers who have spent decades building Canada’s skylines and industrial backbone—and who still stand behind every project with the same dedication they brought to the tools.
